Step-by-Step Instructions for Grinder Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Mix until well blended and creamy. Set this aside.
  2. Spread the buttery mixture on the outside of two slices of crusty bread. Layer cheeses, deli turkey meats, and veggies inside. Close gently.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, remaining Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Adjust pepper to taste.
