Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 395°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and frozen broccoli florets along with minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in shredded turkey, sea salt, and black pepper. Add in 1 cup of shredded cheese and heavy cream, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  4. Transfer the turkey and broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
