Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning during baking.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the sliced kielbasa on the prepared baking sheet and top each slice with a chunk of pineapple.
  4. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice in a medium bowl.
  5. Brush each kielbasa and pineapple stack generously with the glaze and insert soaked toothpicks.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
