  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and melting wafers. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring to maintain a smooth consistency.
  4. Using a fork, dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully covered. Let excess chocolate drip before placing on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
