Method
 

Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gently warm the milk and butter until melted, then add it to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon until incorporated, then knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place kneaded dough into a greased bowl and cover with a towel; let rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Prepare filling by beating cream cheese and sugar together until smooth; fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Once dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle, spread the filling, then roll tightly into a log.
  7. Slice into 12 pieces and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover with a towel and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
