Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add noodles, and cook for 6–8 minutes. Drain and toss with oil.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat with cornstarch evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger in the same skillet for 30–60 seconds.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the sauce, simmer for 1 minute, then add cooked noodles and toss until coated.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
