Cooking Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add noodles, and cook for 6–8 minutes. Drain and toss with oil.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat with cornstarch evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same skillet for 30–60 seconds.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the sauce, simmer for 1 minute, then add cooked noodles and toss until coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
