  3. Preheat broiler, slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and broil for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Combine Boursin cheese, water, and creamed horseradish in a saucepan, heat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Assemble crostini by placing a slice of steak on each baguette, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chives.
