Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by boiling 1 ¼ cups of water in your kettle or pot. Once boiling, carefully pour the water into a large measuring cup, then add the strawberry jello powder. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Next, pour ¾ cup of red berry vodka into the dissolved jello mixture. Stir gently for another minute.
- Gather your plastic shot glasses and place them on a baking sheet. Carefully pour the jello and vodka mixture into each shot glass, filling them to about three-quarters full.
- Slide the baking sheet with the filled shot glasses into the refrigerator. Allow them to chill for at least 2 hours or until the jello is fully set.
- Just before serving, top off each shot with one candy eyeball.

Notes
Store jello shots in the refrigerator for up to a week. Avoid adding candy eyeballs until just before serving to maintain their texture.
