  • 1 Fresh Jalapeño Remove seeds for milder taste.
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onions Can replace with chives.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Omit if not preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add bite-sized pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Toss in a mix of colorful bell peppers and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sriracha, stirring to coat.
  5. Remove from heat and layer freshly sliced jalapeños on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro, serve immediately over rice or rice noodles.
