Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.

- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, apple cider, and vanilla until smooth.

- Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding until just mixed. Avoid overmixing.

- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.

- Mix the cinnamon sugar topping while loaf cools for 10 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon in one bowl, melt butter in another.

- Apply melted butter on the loaf, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

- Let the loaf cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
