Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. On a large sheet pan, toss the fresh broccoli florets with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer.
  3. Roast the broccoli for 10 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C). In a mixing bowl, combine roasted broccoli with sliced chicken sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and half of the grated parmesan cheese; mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture back onto the sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top; allow it to melt for a minute before serving.
