Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Crush 36 Oreos for the crust and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tub of Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over cooled Oreo crust.
  4. Whisk together 3 cups milk and 3 boxes of pudding mix, then fold in another tub of Cool Whip and mint extract.
  5. Spread the minty filling over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top if desired.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
