Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Sweet Rolls Feel free to use your favorite dinner rolls as a substitute.
  • 3 cups Diced Turkey Perfect for using up leftover turkey.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Warming it slightly makes spreading easier.
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella can be used if desired.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Butter Plant-based butter is a great dairy-free substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard Omit if you prefer a milder taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Adjust to your liking.
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onion Fresh onions work, too, but sauté them first.

  • to taste Pepper
Optional Additions
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese For a flavorful sprinkle on top.
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley Adds a fresh color for garnishing.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan with foil and cooking spray.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Arrange the bottom slab of rolls in the baking pan.
  5. Layer the diced turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the bottom slab.
  6. Add the top slab of rolls over the filling.
  7. Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion, then pour over the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and let the sliders rest for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
  11. Slice and serve warm.
