Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds.
- Add pure maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until all nuts are coated.
- Transfer the coated nuts to a lined baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and allow the nuts to cool completely on the sheet.
