  • 1 cup Raw Pecans
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 cup Raw Shelled Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Flavoring
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup can substitute with honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
Optional Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt for sprinkling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Add pure maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until all nuts are coated.
  5. Transfer the coated nuts to a lined baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and allow the nuts to cool completely on the sheet.
