  • 0.25 cup Toasted Pine Nuts

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint. Drizzle with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Spoon equal portions of hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki into small bowls and arrange on the serving board. Drizzle olive oil on each dip and sprinkle dill on tzatziki if desired.
  3. Sprinkle feta, olives, and pine nuts over the board evenly.
  4. Warm pita or flatbreads until soft and place next to an assortment of crackers or baguette slices.
  5. Arrange bowls of dips and chickpea salad on the board, crumbling additional feta and sprinkling more olives as desired.
