Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low, add butter, then add onions. Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir in uncooked long-grain white rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
