Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay one flour tortilla flat, layer provolone cheese, deli roast beef, and French fried onions on one half.
  3. Brush inside edge of the tortilla with olive oil, roll it tightly from the filled side, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas, ensuring to leave space between each roll up on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops and sides with olive oil, bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Combine dipping sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let cool for 2 minutes, slice into halves or thirds, and serve with warm au jus.
