Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and dry ranch seasoning. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Carefully pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the chicken mixture.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken filling.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
