Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear thinly sliced beef for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced green bell peppers, sliced onions, and mushrooms for 5 to 7 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last minute and stir.
  3. In a separate skillet, melt butter and sauté riced cauliflower for 5 to 7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet with vegetables, add Worcestershire sauce, season to taste, and stir everything for 1 minute until heated through. Top with provolone cheese and let it melt.
  5. Divide sautéed riced cauliflower among bowls and top with the beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
