Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, then shape the mixture into oval kofta forms, about 2-3 inches long.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F/190°C) and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Place the shaped kofta on the hot grill and grill each side for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the kofta is grilling, mix plain yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth to make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce.
