For the Taquitos
  • 10 pieces Corn Tortillas Flour tortillas can be used but will alter texture.
  • to taste Olive Oil or Avocado Oil Spray Helps achieve a crispy exterior.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, and spices. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto a tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or avocado oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
