Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
  5. Boil potatoes in water until fork-tender, then drain and keep warm.
  6. Mash potatoes with garlic, butter, and milk, then season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  7. In a frying pan, whisk flour over medium heat, then add beef broth and thicken to a creamy gravy.
  8. Coat the baked meatballs in the gravy and let simmer for a few minutes.
