  • 10 ounces Marshmallows vegan marshmallows can be used
  • 4 tablespoons Butter margarine or coconut oil can be used

  • 5 ounces Chocolate dark or white chocolate
  • Food Coloring optional for aesthetic appeal

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over low heat for 2-3 minutes until fully liquid.
  3. Add a 10-ounce bag of marshmallows and stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  4. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup of toasted pistachios until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture into the prepared dish, press down gently to flatten, and cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Let the mixture cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt 5 ounces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle over the cooled mixture.
  8. Allow the chocolate drizzle to set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, then cut into squares.
