Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Slice the top lengthwise of the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about an inch of crust intact.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Cook the onions and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until tender. Stir in minced garlic for an additional minute.
  4. Add the sliced ribeye steak, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until browned.
  5. Brush the hollowed-out bread with melted butter, layer with half of the cheese, add the filling, and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  7. Brush the edges with more melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
