Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Stir until sticky.
  3. Unroll refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into eight triangles.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle towards its tip and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Optionally drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze for extra sweetness.
