- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Stir until sticky.
- Unroll refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into eight triangles.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle towards its tip and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
