Ingredients
  

Pizzadilla Base
  • 2 large Flour Tortillas can use whole wheat for a healthier twist
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese can mix with cheddar for extra flavor
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce can swap for marinara or ranch dressing
Filling
  • 6 slices Pepperoni can substitute with cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 tbsp Sliced Black Olives optional, can replace with jalapeños

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Warm one large flour tortilla for 1-2 minutes until soft.
  2. Sprinkle half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on the warmed tortilla. Place a second tortilla on top.
  3. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook until both sides are crispy.
  4. Transfer to a surface, spread 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on top, add cheese and pepperoni, and olives if desired.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve hot.
