  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter and melt it to coat the pan.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on half, followed by pepperoni and oregano.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently to secure the filling.
  4. Cook the folded quesadilla in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy, watching for melting cheese.
  5. Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.
