- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla and beat until creamy.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed until combined.
- Fill each muffin liner about three-quarters full and add a teaspoon of warmed Nutella on top.
- Swirl the Nutella into the batter gently with a toothpick or skewer.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool muffins in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
