Preparation Steps
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with ½ cup melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 ½ cups of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, mix one package of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle 1 cup of caramel sauce over the chocolate layer and sprinkle ½ cup of chopped pecans on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
