Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry and slice into long, thin strips, around half an inch wide.
  3. Wrap the vegetarian sausages with the pastry strips, leaving gaps for 'eyes'.
  4. Place wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
  5. If using, brush the wrapped sausages with egg wash or almond milk.
  6. Bake for about 14 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly, then decorate with mustard or ketchup and serve warm.
