Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash about 3–4 overripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in ½ cup of melted unsalted butter into the mashed bananas until fully combined.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of granulated sugar, followed by 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
