Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce by whisking together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and mayonnaise until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté Aromatics in the same skillet with bacon fat, adding red onion and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
  4. Deglaze the skillet with apple juice, simmering until reduced by half. Stir in bacon, apple, parsley, and sage.
  5. Combine Mixture by mixing ground chicken, panko, and cooled apple mixture until just combined. Form into patties.
