Directions
  1. Start by buttering a 9x13-inch baking dish generously to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, microwave mini marshmallows in 20-second increments until they melt and puff up.
  3. In a separate bowl, microwave salted butter in 20-second bursts until almost fully melted.
  4. Combine melted butter with marshmallows, then microwave again for another 20 seconds and stir until smooth.
  5. Add a few drops of green gel food coloring and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Gently fold in Rice Krispies and then Lucky Charms cereal, being careful not to crush the charms.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish and press down firmly to create a compact layer.
  8. Sprinkle additional mini marshmallows on top and press them in lightly.
  9. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares or rectangles to serve.
