  • 2 large Bell Peppers Diced, choose any color.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh preferred.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened, can replace with neufchâtel cheese.
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Adds umami flavor, can substitute with soy sauce.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.
Cheesy Topping
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese Sliced.
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
Cooking Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing veggies.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Incorporate ground beef, breaking it apart, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, stir in Worcestershire sauce, and then add softened cream cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Spread the beef and veggie mixture in the baking dish, layer with provolone cheese, then top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes until cheeses are melted and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
