Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in a splash of olive oil. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, sautéing for 5-6 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and reduce heat. Add softened cream cheese, mixing well until melted.
  5. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish, layer with provolone cheese, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
