Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, paprika, and cumin. Whisk until well blended. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C), and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Grill chicken for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and lemon juice to prepare the sauce.
