Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, add beef, season, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine shredded cheese and almond flour in a bowl, microwave for 1 minute, stir, and let cool slightly.
  5. Knead the mixture until it forms a cohesive dough; add more almond flour if too sticky.
  6. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll tightly into a log shape.
  7. Place roll seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
