- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, garlic, heavy cream, dried thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
