Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes or until browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked beef and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Flatten the biscuit dough into 4-inch circles on a clean surface.
- Spoon the beef and garlic mixture into the center of each dough circle with cheddar and Parmesan on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal each bomb tightly.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
