  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Cubed

  • 1 can Biscuit dough Gluten-free option available
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Melted
For Garnishing
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Chopped, optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked beef and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Flatten the biscuit dough into 4-inch circles on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon the beef and garlic mixture into the center of each dough circle with cheddar and Parmesan on top.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal each bomb tightly.
  7. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
  8. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if using.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
