Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll or stretch the dough to about ½ inch thickness.
- Tear mozzarella into pieces and distribute over the dough.
- Layer prosciutto slices over the mozzarella.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the assembled pizza.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza and sprinkle with basil and Parmesan.
