Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour Substitute with a gluten-free flour blend if needed.
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda Helps cookies rise, giving them that perfect chew.
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Balancing sweetness; kosher salt can be used for a softer taste.
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Ensure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar Adds crisp texture; coconut sugar works well for a healthier spin.
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar Brings moisture and a rich caramel flavor.
  • 2 large Eggs Ensure they’re at room temperature for best results.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure vanilla is suggested for richness.
