Preparation
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 0.5 cups of melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9x13 dish.
- Whisk 1 box of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk in a bowl until thickened, then spread over the crust.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth, fold in 1 container of Cool Whip and 1 cup of raspberries, then spread over chocolate layer.
- Drizzle raspberry swirls on top using a spatula for decoration.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Slice, garnish with additional raspberries or chocolate sauce, and serve.
