Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo Cookies or gluten-free cookies
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter melted
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 box Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Milk or non-dairy milk
Raspberry Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 containers Cool Whip or 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cups Fresh Raspberries or thawed and mashed frozen raspberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 0.5 cups of melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9x13 dish.
  2. Whisk 1 box of chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk in a bowl until thickened, then spread over the crust.
  3. Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth, fold in 1 container of Cool Whip and 1 cup of raspberries, then spread over chocolate layer.
  4. Drizzle raspberry swirls on top using a spatula for decoration.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Slice, garnish with additional raspberries or chocolate sauce, and serve.
