Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8- or 9-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree and eggs one at a time until well combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in another bowl. Gradually add to the pumpkin mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  6. In a small bowl, melt some butter and combine with flour, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to create the streusel topping.

  10. Whisk together the ingredients for the maple glaze until smooth.
