Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet; cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Push veggies to the side, add ground beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise to create pockets without cutting through.
