Dough Preparation
- Combine warm water and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle active dry yeast and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Pour yeast mixture and olive oil into flour mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Lightly grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Chicken Preparation
- Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add cubed chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Pizza Assembly
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
- Roll out the risen dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Transfer rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread chili garlic sauce over it, layer with mozzarella, provolone, and cooked chicken.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
