Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a shallow bowl, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, whisk them together gently for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and basil leaves along with the Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives. Add these into the bowl with the oil and vinegar.
  3. Grate the garlic directly into the bowl and sprinkle in the dried oregano and flaky sea salt. Stir well for about 1 minute.
  4. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and fold it into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the prepared Bread Dipping Oil to a serving dish and pair it with warm, crusty bread.
