- In a shallow bowl, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, whisk them together gently for about 30 seconds until well combined.
- Finely chop the parsley and basil leaves along with the Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives. Add these into the bowl with the oil and vinegar.
- Grate the garlic directly into the bowl and sprinkle in the dried oregano and flaky sea salt. Stir well for about 1 minute.
- Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and fold it into the mixture until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the prepared Bread Dipping Oil to a serving dish and pair it with warm, crusty bread.
