For the Layers
  • 12 pieces Biscoff Cookies Can substitute with ladyfingers
  • 1 cup Coffee Allow it to cool before dipping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff cookie butter, granulated sugar, and mascarpone cheese. Whisk until creamy and well-blended.
  2. Add cold heavy cream to the mixture and whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dip Biscoff cookies briefly into cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the cookies.
  4. Repeat the process with another layer of cookies and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top and drizzle warmed cookie butter.
