Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cut the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pit, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. Stuff each date with a generous amount of mascarpone cheese.
  4. Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on top of each stuffed date.
  5. Drizzle Grade A Dark Amber Maple Syrup over the stuffed dates.
  6. Broil the dates for approximately 3 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
