  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down and drizzle olive oil over it. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and is opaque throughout.
  4. While baking, heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then add sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan, cooking until thickened.
  5. Once baked, pour the creamy sauce over the salmon and return it to the oven to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Allow the salmon to rest for a moment before serving with creamy Parmesan polenta or roasted potatoes.
