  • 1 scoop Protein Powder unflavored preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder fresh
  • 1 large Egg optional for egg wash
For the Filling
  • 10 teaspoons Cream Cheese keep chilled for easy handling
For the Topping
  • to taste Everything But The Bagel Seasoning sprinkle generously

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Gradually fold in Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients until the dough forms a cohesive ball.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, shape into balls, and place on a floured surface.
  5. Flatten each dough ball and add a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, then seal tightly.
  6. Brush sealed bagel bites with beaten egg or oil, then sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  7. Place bagel bites in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
